"The nature of salvation has not been fully grasped by Mankind. This term refers not to the saving of a soul from the clutches of evil but rather to the successful accomplishment of the goal for physical incarnation, which is to learn and assimilate the elementary lessons which The Earth Plane was intended to teach. Another pre-requisite for the goal, in terms of earth lives, is that all karma resulting from previous actions be fully met and set aside."
"Thus it is seen that the matter of salvation is one which requires full and active participation by the soul itself rather than the sacrifices of paying of debts by another. Each 'sinning' soul is allowed a series of 'second chances' in the form of subsequent physical incarnations in which to rectify the internal faults which led to action against another and to make recompense through the payment of karmic debt for the pain or harm that was done."
"When the soul has set aside all karma and has learned and assimilated all the elementary lessons of The Earth Plane, it then passes to a higher level of experience on a permanent basis where new lessons of a higher order can be worked on. But no soul can tackle the higher lessons until the elementary lessons of The Earth have been mastered."
"These earth lessons all relate either to the treatment of the self and of others or to the attitudes held toward the self and toward others. Many of these lessons are summed up in what has been called The Golden Rule: to do unto others as you would have others do unto you. The remaining lessons relate to areas of self-indulgence, self-control, arrogance, sexual over-emphasis, and other kinds of lop-sided behavior and attitude on the part of the individual."
"The agreement to allow rebirth into a series of physical incarnations was not intended to be an indefinite arrangement. Each soul was allotted a specific and limited number of physical lives within which it was expected to accomplish the goal of learning which had been set. If at the end of the term for the reincarnational pattern a particular soul has not succeeded in learning the elementary lessons of The Earth Plane, then there can be no going on to a higher level for that soul. In effect, the vibrational level of such a soul would be such that it could not bear to exist at the more intense level of The Higher Planes for even a short length of time."
"If The Earth and the near region of physical space surrounding The Earth were to continue unchanged indefinitely, then such unsuccessful souls would still have a 'home' or compatible region of Creation with a similar vibrational level to their own. But The Plan agreed upon calls for The Earth and the entire System in Which The Earth is involved to be raised to a higher vibration and, in effect, to change into a different form of substance which will be such as to make it impossible for the unsuccessful souls to use It as a base. Such souls will be, in every sense of the word, lost."
"Without a home and without any compatible region of Creation at the same level as their own, the sustaining energies which permit them to continue will gradually be extinguished, and they too will finally dissipate into nothingness."
